Which qualifications and certificates do your specialists hold?

We place welders (TIG, MAG, MMA), fitters, assemblers and machine builders with common DEKRA and DVS certificates and tests according to DIN EN 1090, AD2000 and PED. Just ask us about further requirements.

Can your staff be deployed across Europe or worldwide?

Yes. We have many years of experience with assignments in Belgium, Sweden, the Netherlands and beyond. Worldwide assembly assignments (e.g. India, Mexico) are also possible. Willingness to travel is standard with us.

How does temporary staffing work legally?

We hold the official permit for temporary staffing under the German AÜG. You sign a leasing contract with us, the staff remains employed by H.u.B. and works under your instructions on site. Wages, social contributions and insurance are handled by us.

Hourly rates depend on qualification, location and project scope. You receive a transparent, individual offer with no hidden costs – travel, accommodation and expenses are clearly agreed up front.

Yes. A transfer to your permanent payroll is possible after a minimum assignment period. We agree the conditions individually – fair for both sides.

We pay above tariff, with bonuses for assembly, away assignments and shifts. Travel time and expenses are fairly compensated. We discuss concrete figures in person.

Across Germany and Europe (e.g. Belgium, Sweden, the Netherlands). International assembly assignments are also possible. You tell us how far you want to travel – we find suitable projects.
